“Wake In A Color Silent” is an exploration of death anxiety & spiritual flight, paired with a narrative poem about a father grieving the unexpected loss of his son in the company of his son’s widow, whom he never liked nor understood.

This work was selected for the 2024 Chico Review and Alec Soth’s 2024 Workshop at Home, and is currently being edited into a book.
